Plowing responsibilities The Road Superintendent reminds residents not all roadways within the Township are maintained by Perrysburg Township Maintenance Department. This will aid our Fire Department in the event of an emergency. * As you shovel your driveway, and have a fire hydrant close by, please also take a second to dig it out. * To avoid clearing your driveway entrance repeatedly, wait until the plow truck has completed clearing the roadway curb to curb. * When using a snow blower, shovel, or plow to clear your driveway, please do not push the snow out into the street. * Throughout snowfalls, of more than 2 inches, park on driveways to allow crews to plow the entire street. Snow Removal – Snow Removal Tips To aid the Maintenance Department in clearing the snow in an efficient manner, the Road Superintendent asks residents to please do the following: * Delay as much non-essential travel as possible until after the roads have been cleared.Thank you for helping keep Perrysburg Township tax dollars here in our community.

If you have any questions about the license fee, please call the Ohio BMV at 61. If Perrysburg Township is not specifically designated as the area where you live, the money will not come back to our community. If the license plates renewal is done by mail please verify Perrysburg Township is designated as the recipient of the tax dollars.

Residents should ensure tax dollars are returning to Perrysburg Township, by taking a moment to verify with the BMV (Bureau of Motor Vehicles) that Perrysburg Township is listed on the vehicle registration prior to renewal or new registration. Did you know a portion of this fee comes back to Perrysburg Township BUT only as long as it is properly designated. BMV License Tax – Annually registering a vehicle includes a license plate tax fee from the State of Ohio.

This is to ensure streets are plowed full width to the curb. Violators may be cited and/or have their vehicles towed. Regardless of the “snow emergency” level declared by the Wood County Sheriff, if a “snow emergency” is declared by the Perrysburg Township Chief of Police no parking is permitted on the identified snow emergency streets listed below. The Perrysburg Township Chief of Police may independently declare a “snow emergency” solely for Perrysburg Township.
